Bourbon Steward in Residence
Tim has been in the business of Kentucky hospitality for over two decades. He has trained under a vintner, a James Beard-nominated chef and a Kentucky Bourbon Master Distiller. He is also Adjunct Professor of Tourism, Event Management and Bourbon Studies for nearby Midway University. He came to The Kentucky Castle shortly after the property was acquired by the current ownership due to his expertise in operations, event management, and beverage services.
Tim helps develop unique events and experiences for guests in a truly royal setting. He designs events to celebrate the holidays and the many Kentucky seasons, showcase local foodways and Kentucky Bourbon, plus simply enjoy the company of friends in a actual castle.
