Chef Walls has over a decade of experience cooking fresh food directly from the farm and garden.  He has a farm in Frankfort, KY that he works with his wife, daughter, and dog. He and his wife, Tiffany, are also master gardeners who are intimately involved in our food production on the farm.


His menus are seasonal and designed around what we and our handpicked local farms can produce.  If you visit the castle you’ll be just as likely to find him cultivating our garden during the day as you will cooking amazing cuisine in the evening.
