About The Event

So you enjoy a glass of bourbon here and there … and you know that it’s important to Kentucky’s history and economy, but there’s so much more to learn about bourbon!

We’ll start 2018 with an overview of what, exactly, bourbon is plus take a brief look at bourbon’s history and how it’s made today. We’ll also cover how to nose and taste bourbon like a professional and will sample a variety of bourbons and near-bourbons to explore the differences among bourbon styles.

This class will launch our year-long “Bourbon University” with a new theme offered each month. No need to attend them all - mix and match as you like!

$35 per person, class includes guided bourbon flight and light food. Dinner reservations at Castle Farm Restaurant available for after the class.
